Funshine Learning Center  in Lamoni, Iowa strives to assist the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of each child.  We aim to provide a safe, supportive and nurturing atmosphere where all children are able to express their creative freely.  Children engage in a framework called Creative Curriculum and Project Approach, which focus on how children develop and learn, based on their individual interests, the learning environment, and the role of the teacher.

We envision a center of early childhood excellence that will be the leader in educating the whole child by learning through play as well as creating a natural environment that is safe, nurturing, and challenging.

Lamoni Community Day Care Funshine Center, Inc. (The Center) is a non-profit corporation for the purpose of providing professional quality day care for children of this area.  The Center will operate in accordance with the child care licensing laws of Iowa (237A) of Iowa code.
